Sue and I wanted to thank you again for providing a wonderful travel experience on our recent 7 day trip through Wales.

First, having you as our guide and travel manager added immeasurably to the trip. Your insights, recommended travel locales, bed and breakfast selections, and general good company were superb. Plus having you as driver enabled us to relax and enjoy the sights. We really enjoyed the B and B's, particularly the Wern Farm in Anglesey. The hosts were very warm and friendly, engaging us in several good conversations and being helpful in every possible way.

Second, touring in your luxury Mercedes van was a real treat. We could never tour in a bus after being spoiled like that. The GPS navigation system was very impressive, always taking us right to our destination, no matter how obscure. The interior was very comfortable, with lots of leg room. My Aunt Phyllis loved it.

Third, of course, was "Howard's weather." Seven days touring through England and Wales and not getting rained on? Unheard of. That was an unexpected bonus. Too bad you can't guarantee that on every trip!

We are thinking of touring Scotland next year. We will surely be in touch. Keep up the good work.

On the evening of June 24 we used you car service in London to get from the London Liverpool Street Station to our inn near the Heathrow Airport. I wanted to let you know what a pleasure it was to ride with your driver, Michael! We arrived late at the station due to a train delay - some 45 minutes - and were concerned that the driver would not be able to find us. We were so relieved when we saw Michael standing and ready to greet us as we got off the coach. He even walked us to the front door of the inn and made certain that we got in OK because it was late. What terrific service! This was a special occasion for us and was made even more enjoyable by our worry free pickup and delivery, both to the airport, and to and from the ports in New York and Southampton. Your staff arranged our New York transfers - one less thing for me to do. We were impressed by the quiet professionalism of John Aver here in the UK. Your affiliate drivers in New York, Frank and Lennox, also showed a calm professionalism in the way they effortlessly whisked us in and out of Manhattan, which I know is not an easy task given the traffic, and potholes. The cars here in UK and in the USA, were clean (I'd even say sparkling) inside and out, the drivers were neatly turned out, a very important thing as I believe this prompted a better service for us on arrival at the airport, hotel and the port.

Your service was excellent, I believe that you have found the correct mixture to deliver a service that is unobtrusive and efficient - no mean feat given things like roadworks, and clients getting pickup times mixed up.

I am writing to say thank you very much for the first class service you gave us on Saturday, particularly that of your driver, Rob Daly.

All too often at these events, the travel lets you down and it is nice to be able to write a letter thanking someone for their service. Rob was thoroughly professional throughout the day, coping with our ever changing plans.
